Do you have books, toys or games that you don't want anymore?
Are family members insisting that you get rid of some of your precious stuff?
If you want to get rid of a few things and maybe make some money at the same time, we have the solution for you. For a modest fee you can sell your treasures at our garage sale (see rules). And who knows what you might find…
Rules
All contributors must pay a fee of 5$ per day plus 10% of the value of merchandise sold.
All donated items will be identified with a sticker with the owner's initials and the price wanted.

As each item is sold the sticker is set aside to figure out the sharing of profits at the end of the day.
All contributors should provide a list of donated items in case labels get mixed up.
It should be decided that if an item is not sold and it's owner does not want it back, can this item be donated to Con*Cept for future garage sale material, auction or raffle.
Costume accessories may be tried on for fit over existing clothing but no item may leave the room unless paid for.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO GUARANTEES.
CONTRIBUTORS MUST CLAIM THEIR MONEY OR UNSOLD MERCHANDISE AT 5:00 PM.
ANY MERCHANDISE LEFT OVER AT 6:00 PM BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF CON*CEPT.
